All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. ITALMINERAL reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion in cases including pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud or other exceptional circumstances.

Payments must be completed using the approved payment methods available at checkout. Ownership of purchased goods remains with ITALMINERAL until full payment has been received and confirmed.

ITALMINERAL ships worldwide using trusted international courier services. Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, local regulations and carrier performance.

Every shipment is carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Customers are responsible for handling, storing, displaying and transporting purchased specimens appropriately. ITALMINERAL shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, modification or misuse after delivery.

ITALMINERAL may offer collection acquisition, appraisal and buyout services for individual specimens or complete collections. Any valuation, estimate or offer provided is based on available information, market conditions, rarity, aesthetic quality, provenance and overall collector demand at the time of evaluation.

Submission of specimens or collections for evaluation does not create any obligation for either party to complete a transaction.

Customers should carefully review product descriptions and photographs before completing a purchase. Requests regarding returns, cancellations or order modifications will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Any issue regarding a received order should be reported promptly after delivery so that an appropriate solution may be considered.Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition. Custom orders and specially sourced items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly described.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITALMINERAL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of products, shipping delays, customs procedures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Our total liability in relation to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.
