Payment Methods
ITALMINERAL offers multiple secure payment options to ensure a smooth and reliable purchasing experience for all customers worldwide.
Accepted payment methods include Shopify-supported payments (credit and debit cards), PayPal, and bank transfer. Orders are processed once payment has been received. In the case of instant bank transfers, processing may begin immediately upon confirmation.
We also accept payments in multiple international currencies, with automatic conversion handled by the payment provider or issuing bank.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued for all purchases, including both private customers and business clients.
For companies within the EU, VAT information can be included where applicable. International invoices are available upon request.
In-Store & Fair Purchases
Customers may collect and purchase items in person at selected mineral shows and fairs.
Payment can be made on-site using any available method, including cash, provided that the specimen has been reserved in advance and the visit has been agreed with us.
Items purchased online can also be delivered and completed at fairs upon prior arrangement.
Installment Payments
Installment payments may be arranged directly between the customer and ITALMINERAL, subject to prior agreement and an initial deposit.
Each arrangement is handled individually depending on the value and nature of the specimen.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
Bank transfers are confirmed before shipment. In the case of instant transfers, processing may start immediately upon verification.
Special Requests
For any special payment requirements or alternative arrangements, customers are invited to contact us before completing their order.
